The congress will be held in the University of Kashmir, Hazratbal, Srinagar-190006, J&K, India.
Accommodation on nominal charges will be provided to outstation participants on first come first serve basis.
HOW TO REACH
Travelling to Kashmir is quite easy and accessible as the valley is well connected to other parts of India with a well-developed network of roads, air and rail links.
By Air:Srinagar airport is approximately 14 km from the city. There are daily flights to Srinagar, operated by various airlines including Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, IndiGo Airlines, and GoAir among others. Daily flights are scheduled from Delhi, Jammu and other parts of the country.
By Rail: Jammu Tawi, approximately 305 km far, is the nearest railhead for Srinagar. Trains from Delhi, Calcutta, Pune, Mumbai and other cities arrive at this station only. During holiday season, when there is a heavy rush for Kashmir, additional trains operate for and from this station.
By Road:National Highway 1-A (NH-1A) is the main highway connecting Srinagar with Jammu. J&K State Road Transport Corporation (SRTC) as well as a number of Private Super deluxe, A-class and B-class busses operate to and from the state. Private taxis are also available for travelling to Kashmir.A network of roads connects Srinagar with important towns and cities of the country. Srinagar city falls on the National Highway 1A (NH-1A) and is linked with other parts of the country. The main bus station of Srinagar is at city center of Lal Chowk. For transportation in and around auto-rickshaws and mini-buses are easily available.
